The Panzerjäger I is a Tier II German Collector Tank Destroyer. The Germans needed a portable Anti-Tank gun to counter heavy French tanks for the Battle of France. Using the obsolete Panzer I Ausf. B chassis, they slapped a Czech 4.7cm PaK (t) anti-tank gun and some metal sheets on it. Hence the Panzerjäger I (German for Tank Hunter 1) was created.

The 4,7 cm Pak (t) auf Pz.I Ausf.B, otherwise known as the Panzerjäger I, is a rank I German tank destroyer with a battle rating of 1.3 (AB/RB/SB). It was introduced in Update 1.57 "Battle March" . The vehicle is based on a Pz.Kpfw.I chassis, which is also found on the Flakpanzer I. This means it has no armour.

The gun used was the Skoda 47 mm Kanon P.U.V.vz.38, known as the 4.7 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 36 (t), or simply as 4.7 cm PaK (t) in German service. It was an effective weapon for its time. During the period of August 1939 to May 1941, some 566 4.7 cm PaK (t) were built by Škoda for the Germans.
